These Terms of Service also constitute our End User License Agreement (EULA) for the HairMaxx AI mobile application as required by Apple App Store guidelines.

Welcome to HairMaxx AI! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HairMaxx AI mobile application (“App”), operated by an individual based in Indonesia (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using HairMaxx AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 9 years old to use HairMaxx AI. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
User Accounts
To use HairMaxx AI, you may be required to sign in using Apple or other authentication methods.
You may provide the following information:
Basic profile information (optional)
Uploaded photos for AI processing
Saved styles and preferences
You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Services and Features
HairMaxx AI provides AI-powered grooming and beauty tools, including:
Personalized hairstyle recommendations
Eyebrow and beard style suggestions
AI-based facial analysis for aesthetic purposes
Virtual hairstyle try-on (30+ styles)
Save and share generated looks
Some features require credits or a paid subscription.
AI & Image Processing Disclaimer
HairMaxx AI uses third-party AI services to generate recommendations.
By using the app, you acknowledge that certain data you provide (such as images or inputs) may be processed by these services solely for the purpose of delivering results.
HairMaxx AI analyzes facial features solely for aesthetic and styling recommendations.
The App does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification
Uploaded images are used only to generate results and improve app functionality
Results are visual simulations and may not reflect real-world outcomes
Subscriptions and Payments
HairMaxx AI uses a credit-based monetization system:
One-Time Credits (Consumable)
Weekly Subscription (credits reset weekly - during initial purchase and every renewal)
Prices may vary by region and are subject to change.
Auto-Renewal and Cancellation
Payments are charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
We do not provide refunds for unused credits or subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.
User Content
Users may upload photos for AI processing.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:
Store
Process
Generate results
This is solely for providing app functionality.
You retain full ownership of your content.
Data Storage and Security
We use secure infrastructure to store and process data.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest
Access is limited to authorized systems only
We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Third-Party Services
HairMaxx AI integrates with third-party services, including:
Supabase (backend and storage)
OpenAI / OpenRouter (AI processing)
RevenueCat (subscription management)
Your use of the App is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes
Upload inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
Disclaimer of Warranties
HairMaxx AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee:
Accuracy of recommendations
Suitability of styles
Real-world results
Use of the App is at your own discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions made based on app recommendations
Dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of HairMaxx AI after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
